It’s only a 17 min drive from the airport and pretty convenient to get to anywhere in San Antonio. It’s very important to watch the provided videos and instructions for a seamless check-in. Please do not breeze or skim through the instructions. The place was clean, well kept and provided all the basic necessities one would need. The grocery story is less than a 5 minute drive away. Our host was also very prompt and answered any questions we had during our stay. The pool, gym, and river walk path were also a plus. There is also a small and cute burger restaurant on site and the food was great. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again when the opportunity presents itself again. ##### Sidney S. Me and my family were so excited to go to San Antonio and enjoy this little apartment but when we got there, there was no AC at all when we got there. It was 80 in the apartment. We called the property manager and they said that they were going to make it top priority and fix the problem in the morning so we stayed the first night sleeping in 83\. When the morning came, they sent a maintenance person to go fix the AC on the roof, he tried to fix the AC, but he was not successful. They said they fixed it and that the temperature should drop in a couple hours so we left for three hours and went to the Riverwalk when we came back. Our apartment was 84\. We called the property manager again and then they said they were going to send someone out again to solve the issue, the maintenance team tried to fix the problem again but again was unsuccessful. They said that they fixed it and that the temperature should drop within a couple hours so we left to go to the Riverwalk for five hours when we came back the apartment was 85\. Mind you we have been spending all day in the heat walking on the Riverwalk and going places around San Antonio and we just wanted a cool place to relax when we came home but that was not what we got instead we got a sauna. It was so hot in the apartment that we decided to leave our vacation early. We had our eight month old daughter. This was the most absolute horrible vacation of my life.
