The staff was extremely unaccomodating. Any qurstion I asked was a NO before I got the question out. She even refused to give my 11 yeat old a fork from the kitchen so she could eat her dinner.

I did not like that we arrived at 4pm and my room was still not ready when check in is at 3pm. We also went to the jacuzzi and it was not working.

The room was not stocked. There was only 1/4 of toilet paper . When I went down to ask for more, no one was at the front desk. There was a note stating they ould be back at 7a.m. Staff was rude. Manager refused to provide her name. Lady from front desk Marina would talk to you in a condescending way. I had read review about them charging you extra and keeping the depsoit due to there being some sunflower seeds on the floor. Also another night there was someone at the front desk upset about them charging her $2XX.XX. The lady told me notto leave loose makeup powder on couter if not they would charge you. I made sure to clean everything wiped everything down, threw out all the trash and they still found a way to keep $50 of deposit for a small washcloth that had some of my makeup on it. I told them I can was the towel instead and they refused. When I spoke to manager who would not provide her ame and I told her I practically cleaned the whole room and made sure to due to being traumatized eith the reviews and the lady complaining at the front desk. Said manager said I should have not been nosy , which I wasnt the young lady was tryi g to warn me and now I definitely understood why. The property has nice features that attracted me due to having kids such as play ground, arcade, mini golf,, but please take in consideration all the bad reviews due to bad management and do not overlook the reviews when considering booking. Good hotel very quiet and peaceful parking lot was very well lit and with camera. Had a very cute litle mini golf for the us. The price was worth the stay. If we have plans in the area we will definitely stay here again.

Horrible service they charged our credit card for stains in the carpet that we didn’t do and also invented that we left a towel with poop on it and also charged us for it and then when we went to complain about the charges so they can explain why we were getting charged they kicked us out and canceled our reservation

Too noisy and toilet running in room all night
This was an overnight stay driving through San Antonio to Austin. I needed to rest and this stay was far from it. Walls are so thin. I could hear my neighbors very clearly. Toilet was running the entire night and when I called the front desk they said they would have maintenance look at it in the morning. They suggested jiggling the handle which did not work. I called and asked for help again or switch rooms. They said they are not authorized to switch rooms, but I could purchase a new room. I mentioned to a manager in the morning as well as she said she would get maintenance to look at it again. No apology was ever offered the 4 times I asked for help. No refund or even partial refund. I was so exhausted and so cold I ended up sleeping in my car overnight

This property is very kid-friendly but don't waste your time with the continental breakfast - 15 minutes left on the schedule and they had put almost everything away and run out of coffee. Then our coffee maker in the room didn't work. They brought a different one but it didn't make up for the double whammie of the cheap and scarce 'breakfast'.

We had an amazing stay. Even though they had limited staff, they were able to provide great service. The breakfast was amazing! The kid activities were really fun!

The service was great but as soon as you walk into the room you can smell the dirty carpet. The beds are hard as a rock. Not comfortable at all.

Terrible stay. Room smelled like mildew, breakfast was disgusting and cold, missing items. Does not appear like in photos at all. No gym unlike photos. Business center was closed- no printer available. Worst hotel experience that I have had in years. Gross.

The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had from a hotel (nothing was edible besides the sausage and none of the machines worked) , the entire place smelled of mold and mildew (even inside the rooms) and to be honest, I would have done better staying at a Motel 6 or a Super 8. I will never come back here to stay ever again
