POOL LIABILITY: Please note that by booking this listing, you agree to take total and complete responsibility for the use of the pool and property. You understand that during the stay, there is no lifeguard on duty, and you shall be responsible for all guests and relatives using the pool.  
  
You understand that there are risks involved in the use of the pool facilities, such as injury or death, and consent that the hosts are not liable.  
  
GRILL: Please clean THOROUGHLY after use. Gas canisters for BBQ and Fire Pit will be on the property but may need to be refilled. The local Walmart is less than 5 minutes away, and you can exchange tanks. We will reimburse the cost (\~$20).  
  
PETS: DOGS ONLY allowed at an additional pet fee of $200 for up to 2 pets for your entire stay. If bringing more pets, once booked, we will send you a request through the platform to cover the additional pet fee of $50 per pet. You are responsible for any damages, so please only bring trained dogs, no puppies! You are responsible for bringing doggy bags and picking up all their waste.

The host was welcoming and responded back quickly The rooms were great and there was details in every single room. The kids really love the slide and the game room. However, the kids would slide down very fast, the owner may want to put a mat underneath the slide that doesn’t move instead of the carpet that’s already there. There was a spice rack and a coffee machine area however there were no condiments or cooking. So we had to go run to the store and get all that, which would have been nice if it was already there. Other than that, the house is amazing and I would definitely recommend.

It is a lovely house and the kids enjoyed the game room and big backyard. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working and there were issues with the hot water heater. We had reset the outside breaker in order to get hot water. Even with those issues, we very much enjoyed our stay.
