Will need transportation, but central to everything: A quick, easy 4 mile drive to downtown Boerne; Boerne Lake 2.2 miles; Luckenbach 23 miles; Sisterdale 9 miles; Fredericksburg 30 miles; Bandera 21 miles; Fiesta Texas/ Six Flags 19 miles; Seaworld 27 miles; Comfort 12 miles; Kerrville 27 miles; Historic Camp Verde 21 miles; Guadalupe River State Park 16 miles; San Antonio River Walk 34 miles. There were a few minor things they could do to make the property appear more polished. Right now it’s furnished with bits and pieces. The pots and pans are older, stainless is mismatched, as is crockery, and there are no glasses that hold more than 6-7 ounces. We bought new ice trays b/c those provided were broken.
