It is close to everything. Minutes away from Alamo Dome, Henry B Gonzales Center, The Pearl Brewery, Shops at Rivercenter. This historical building is part of San Antonio's historical architecture and it is steps away from delicious dining, exciting attractions, great nightlife & entertainment. This historic building is one of San Antonio's historic locations and has a lot of originality and charm along with it's nostalgic decor. Check out the old mail shoot that is located next to the elevator that residents used to send their mail for the post man to collect. It is not a working mailbox, so don't mistakenly mail a letter :) This apartment is stocked with a K-cup coffee maker, coffee, creamer & sugars for morning, noon or night enjoyment. Walk into a small foyer that opens up into the living room, kitchen & dining area. The separate bedroom offers a King size bed with Memory Foam mattress for a comfy night's sleep. The sofa opens out into a full size sleeper that extra guests can enjoy.
