Total of 4 teenagers and 2 adults, PLENTY of room to spread out. The kids took the upstairs and LOVED the movie room. My husband and I took the bedroom downstairs and it was perfect so the kiddos could hang out together and us parents weren’t in the way. They spent most of the day at Fiesta Texas and my husband and I grabbed some food and drinks and then went back for a dip in the pool before the kids got back. BBQ’d in the evening while the kids cooled off in the pool! Took my Boston terrier with us and he loved running around in the backyard. Gaby was a great host and she made sure we were well taken care of, even left us some delicious cookies when we arrived as a welcome gift. We had everything we needed and more! The house was very clean upon arrival. The host left ample towels for all the guest. We were a total of 12 people. The pool was very clean. The host was prompt and communicated very well.
