The 4 bedrooms sleep up to 10 people, and in the game room, a large sectional sofa with dual recliners can accommodate 2 more. The spacious floor plan includes a large sitting area with desk and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve meals! In the game room, enjoy playing ping pong, air hockey, foosball, boardgames & more! You will also find a 55” Smart TV to plug in your gaming console or enjoy streaming your favorite shows & movies. Smart TVs are also in the living room, bedroom #4 and on the rooftop deck! Outside you will find the rooftop deck with a covered patio table that seats up to 8, a propane firepit and hammock. The house is halfway between Lackland and the airport so only 15 to 20 minutes to each one and 15 to 20 minutes from downtown and the Riverwalk. We had enough room to spread out and just relax and spend time with our son and other family in a way that you just can't really do in a hotel room. The boys loved the game room. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. They even had a walker available for our baby to play and roam around. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and just hanging out. If we ever get to come back this way we will definitely ask for this house again! However, the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows are very cheap. The beds have a thin quilt and a thin blanket. The beds make noise when you turn over. We were a group of 6 adults and there was plenty of room to spread out and could have easily accommodated 8 adults. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The weather was a little chillier than we planned for, but the rooftop deck was a nice place to gather. The game room was nice to fill some downtime. It is about 15 minutes from most of the major attractions in the city. It is in an older neighborhood, but it was quiet. Communication with the owner was great. The driveway was tricky for a large van, however just had to go slow and have a spotter when pulling in and out - this was included in the communication from Owner so we were not caught off guard and would not be an issue for any regular sized vehicle.
