We highly recommend walking the Riverwalk in the area as it is much more peaceful and beautiful than the touristy downtown areas that are packed. This lovely brand-new home offers you the perfect opportunity to get the best that San Antonio has to offer! The industrial and luxurious design creates an open space for your group to congregate and feel comfortable. Wake up in the morning and have the whole group enjoy breakfast together at the beautiful oak kitchen table or spend the evening with a BBQ on the balcony while the kids entertain themselves playing Buck Hunter, Galaga, or Pacman arcade! Whether you are here for business or pleasure, you are in the perfect location to enjoy San Antonio. There are bars and restaurants within a one-minute walk from the house. The main Pearl area is 3 blocks away (about a 5-minute walk) and you do have to cross one busy street (Broadway) that has a crosswalk. If you would like to go to the busier, more popular part of the Riverwalk for tourists it's about a 5-7min drive/Uber. Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The Master Suite has a gorgeous king-size bed and also offers another trundle bed (two twins) for larger groups. Enjoy the master bathroom with all high-end, updated features! Bedroom 2 (downstairs): Welcome to the Zen room featuring a warm, bright, and natural vibe. It features a king-sized bed with relaxing decor for a great night's sleep. Bedroom 3 (downstairs): A perfect simplistic room featuring a trundle bed (two twins) and a walk-out patio with two lounge chairs to sip coffee in the morning. Spacious downstairs bedroom with private patio access offers a tranquil retreat for large groups seeking a quiet space. Enjoy the Texas sun on the 3 story balcony which has a different feature on each level! Floor one offers two lounge chairs, floor two has an 8-person patio table and a propane grill, and floor three has an awesome daybed with a skyline view! The garage has space for one car and possibly two. It also has an electric car charger for your convenience! There is also ample street parking available just a few steps from the house. There are bars and restaurants within a one-minute walk from the house. The main Pearl area is 3 blocks away (about a 5-minute walk) and you do have to cross one busy street (Broadway) that has a crosswalk. If you are looking for luxury, convenience, and fun, you have found the right house! All areas of the house can be used. We have one utility closet that will be locked. RULES: For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy. We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. We only host groups over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification. No parties or events. We only accept pets that are under 35 pounds and we'll just ask for a picture. Pet Fee is $115 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found. Master Room is very nice with a comfortable mattress and nice bathroom. We loved hanging out on the comfy couch. I also spent some time relaxing on the rooftop when it was sunnier out. The place is close to Pearl and to downtown so we could do everything we wanted to do. The only downfall was the 3rd bedroom was a day bed without any arms, so it was hard to sleep on because the pillows kept falling off the bed all the time. We came with a well behaved group of soccer boys for a tournament. They were in heaven. It was spacious, we got to walk to the cvs-food trucks-the pearl, the adults got to run on the riverwalk and up around historic fort Sam area, and the boys got to rest and bond as a team, have meals together, and watch movies together. We saved money eating in and having a frig and kitchen. We walked over to licks for some ice cream one night. The location was perfect. We felt safe. Lucas was SO attentive and responsive. We recently had a wonderful family getaway at this gorgeous townhouse in San Antonio, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm atmosphere and all the comforts of home. The spacious layout was perfect for our family, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The location was ideal—close to local attractions, dining, and parks, making it easy to explore the best of San Antonio. We especially loved the cozy living room area, where we spent evenings unwinding after a day of adventures. The host was attentive and provided us with all the information we needed for a seamless stay. The townhouse was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to cozy bedding. We can't thank the owner enough for such a memorable family vacation! View out back isn't great, but the area was safe with lots of nearby places to eat, drink, and walk. The Modernist- amazing bespoke bar; anywhere at Pearl (our favorite SA place to hang out); great nearby wings place (Fried Hard). Brought a small sound machine and no problems with trains or noise. Property manager dropped off some missing kitchen items the same day we sent a message about them. Clean and well appointed. Beds are firm. Pillows aren't great but there are ample extras to pile them up. Plenty of linens as well. A coffee table was the only thing we really missed- nowhere to put our feet or our drinks when watching TV. The house was perfect, we had plenty of room upstairs to hangout, cook, or watch TV, as it’s very spacious. It’s a newer development, so it was nice having new amenities. It was an ideal location and easy to get to the Pearl, whether you want to walk or drive, or Riverwalk. The host, Lucas, was extremely responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. One of the top hosts I’ve come across. They even utilize an event company if interested, so if you want them to decorate for a theme/event they will. I had them do something for our anniversary and it turned out amazing, way better than expected! I would highly recommend staying at this property no matter the occasion! We’ll certainly we back! Arcade game, stocked fridge with goodies and the space heaters were a nice touch. Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern as posted on the listing. Lucas was very responsive to my messages. The only issues we had were more related to the location than the property. The house is within earshot of the railroad tracks so we woke up to the sound of trains honking. The neighbors were smoking marijuana so we woke up with sore throats. Perhaps having portable air purifiers onsite?
