Includes a master suite, a game room loft, 4 TVs (living rooms, game room & suites), covered patio with BBQ grill, Cornhole, Fire pit area, game room which includes - pool table, games and arcade. Dining area & 2 living rooms. Cables and Wifi throughout the house. House Includes a beautiful private pool with a specious sitting area. You will have reserved & street parking This is a 5 bedrooms, 3 bath, 2500sqf home includes beds for 14 people plus a premium queen air mattress which is very comfortable so this home can sleep a total of 16 people. It includes everything you need and it is fully furnished and equipped. House includes 2 living rooms, main one in the first floor and another one is in the 2nd floor. Home includes smart TVs which you can be used with Netflix and all cables channels (Plus additional TVs in the game room loft and Master suites), Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. This home is also suitable for babies and it includes a highchair and a pack ’n Play/travel crib. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. This house has a big game room with pool table, Air hockey table and a game arcade. Also Includes a perfect huge outside spot for sitting under a covered patio, BBQ, Cornhole for some more playing, Fire pit area and a beautiful private pool with a specious sitting area. You wouldn't want to leave the house. I can assure you will love it! You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard with Pool & BBQ area freely. There is also a private patio to sit and relax. The house is very close to shopping and dinning. Located close to Lackland Air Force Base. (about 12 minutes drive) and to SeaWorld (about 8 minutes drive). There is a Super Wall-Mart around the corner for your shopping needs. 10 minutes drive to Downtown, Ingram Park shopping mall. 20 minutes drive to Airport, Fiesta Texas - Sixflags, Zoo, Major parks and the Botanical Gardens. Great location! • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required. \- Early check in & Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first) I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. It was great for this purpose, great location and fit a lot of people. The A/C stopped working and the owner was extremely responsive and had a tech there within an hour of contacting him. My only comment is that this house is old and has nothing to do with "luxury" It was great and served it's purpose but I just want people to know that if you're looking for luxury , this isn't it. Having the pool was a great plus, after being gone all day sightseeing. I loved that it was so close to SeaWorld. We all really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend renting this house. ##### Tammy D. Lots of beds and rooms. Game room is nice with pool and arcade game that is a nice escape anytime. Back yard has plenty of seating in the sun or shade depending on the weather. Big plus was that it had a pool! Well, the night before around 9pm I received a message that the property that we booked had issues, host didn’t mention what kind of issues. He did offer to relocate us or give us a refunded. Unfortunately, the other property only had a hot tub, which is not something we want during a summer day in Texas. Sucks that our Labor Day weekend was ruined because we couldn’t find anywhere that could accommodate the amount of guests and dogs that we had at a short notice. ##### Jamie E. We attended Sea World on Saturday and Sunday. We were 12 minutes from Sea World, with an easy route to get there. The house was very roomy even for this many people. Everything was clean. There was some damage to the stairway, but it was obvious repairs had begun. We did not have enough wash cloths and ended up purchasing some more. The only complaint was a lack of parking. The neighborhood was full of cars. We had four vehicles to park. We had most everything we needed and should we return to the area, we will definitely contact the owner. ##### Patty W. It had 4 bedrooms, 2 of which had multiple twin size beds. We were two families vacationing together, so this was a perfect set up for our kids to have shared rooms with their siblings and the adults to have their own rooms as couples. There was lots of space downstairs for dining and a lot of seating for enjoying tv. We loved having a pool on the property and being able to spend a lot of time relaxing at the home while the kids played. We didn't actually use the game room much. Most everything we needed was available in the kitchen for cooking. There are grocery stores and good restaurants for take out in very close driving distance. The neighborhood was comfortable and quiet. ##### Jenny C. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located close to the expressway so it was easy to get around to all our destinations. Some remotes were missing when we arrived, but after messaging the property manager new remotes were brought over quickly. I would definitely stay here again! ##### Lori R.
