Fantastic customer’s service. Came to Boerne for work and needed a single room. Very comfortable. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping! I didn’t get to use the fun backyard but looks very inviting. I will definitely use this host again in the future! Thank you for a great trip to Boerne!

#### Awesome Value - Amazing location - Newly Upgraded
We come to Boerne often to visit family and have stayed in a lot of different VRBO properties. This one will have us returning to stay again. Why? Because it’s been newly remodeled and is ideally located next to the river/walking trail, near some great restaurants, and the price is right!! Not to mention you’re just off Main Street and can walk there from the property too. We loved the cleanliness and newness of the property and thought the owner did a great job with the decor. The retro fridge and microwave were a nice touch! There are a total of 4 rooms in the propeety that share an upstairs kitchen area but we never heard or saw any of the other guests. The room was very quiet! Played corn hole out back (wife won!) and enjoyed the peaceful nature of the backyard. The property owners were very responsive, even arranging for extra K-Cups during our stay. Digital locks make the check-in process easy and the entry way room scent was a welcoming touch. My wife was glad to learn that there was a hairdryer in the room but ladies, bring your own shampoo! The 3 in 1 shampoo, conditioner, body wash bottle is simply not gonna inspire your hair. Other than that, book with confidence and enjoy!!
