Although it was too cold to use the pool or hot tub, it was obviously in excellent shape and ready for use - if we were polar bears given the cold weather. I rented this house to host my son and his family for a birthday celebration. Setting out the the cushions for the outside furniture, they are all torn up. The whicker couches are falling apart. The patio out back is cracked and chipped and many different levels due to trees roots. The palm trees in the photos are not even in the yard. Then you go into the kitchen and try to cook. Good luck! There isn’t a sharp knife in the house. I had to buy sheet pans. The kitchen light is non existent. I had to use the light on my phone to read something. The light coverings were cracked and duck taped together the pillows and blankets in the living room are so worn they need to be thrown out! .
