The convention is so convenient to walk to for a double competition. The pool was great! The only negative was could not change the air and when it was set at 68 still was humid like 70s. Toss and turned all night. Other families in our group experienced this w the air also. Other than that I’ve stayed here before and did not experience this with the air before. This is a great place will be staying again!

We had a suite, but the bathroom was very small and only one small sink and counter. otherwise the room was great.

Good place to stay. Parking is a bit expensive, stayed for two nights and paid 106 so do your due diligence. Other than that no complaints.

Overall a good experience. This is without a doubt a business / conference hotel but it can also be used as a leisure place as well. The rooms we clean and comfortable but a little outdated. The gym and the pool were really nice. The staff was great. The "Bar Rojo" (main restaurant) offers a very limited menu and has a limited number of tables which I found surprising for a hotel of this size. While the food was good I thought this was the only thing keeping the hotel from being amazing.

Clean,great location, bad over priced for facilities, 1st 2 nights Rojo reastraunt and bar were good , Sunday night we went els where because of how we were treated upon arriving at the seatingand waiter. Drinks are highly over-priced. Reason for over price, You are staying at a Grand Hyatt what do you expect .would not recommend staying there again.

Loved the escalators you can take in lobby down to the riverwalk. We ordered a crib at checkin and it was in my room by the time i made it to our room. They gave us a baby shampoo kit and sponge. I recommend this hotel, i just personally wasnt a fan of pillows and only bedsheets for sleeping no comforters. Staff and facilities were great

I was unable to go to San Antonio and use the reservation. I tried to cancel while traveling and asked the hotel for a call or email as I did not have my details in front of me to cancel and I never received a response and was was charged for a room that I was unable to use.
