This freshly remodeled 1,370 sq. ft. condo combines modern upgrades with the charm of a gated red-brick community. Step inside to find brand-new kitchen cabinets, a fully equipped kitchen with new cookware and tableware, and fresh bedding throughout.  
  
The spacious layout includes two bedrooms (king in master, queen in second), two full bathrooms, a grand living/dining area with a bar, and a cozy breakfast nook that opens to a private patio. The patio provides gated access directly to your covered carport for maximum convenience.  
  
The community is as charming as it is secure, it has a feel of a quiet European village. Just across from the condo is a heated pool - close enough to enjoy, yet far enough for peace and quiet.  
  
You’ll also enjoy easy access to Hwy 10 and 410, just minutes from the South Texas Medical Center, shopping, dining, and all of San Antonio’s attractions.  
  
Please note: Due to HOA requirements, this condo is available for rentals of a minimum of one year.
