Estaban las alfombras súper sucias, el cuarto por más que ventilamos todos los días olía horrible, nos cambiaron de cuarto porque la regadera del primero estaba rota. El mobiliario muy maltratado y con cajones rotos en la cocina. Al prender el aire acondicionado salió mucho humo, tanto que prendió el detector de humo, preferimos dormir sin calefacción. Nos negaron almohadas extras y las que había eran insuficientes para los 6 que pagamos el cuarto. El agua de la regadera salía tibia por momentos y el resto del tiempo fría en lo personal nunca me pude bañar con agua caliente. En los días que estuvimos nunca hicieron limpieza del cuarto o cambio de toallas. En general el hotel tenía un olor muy desagradable. When you walk in it looks modern Front desk staff was polite. But I wish I had known of a deposit fee of $100 for incidentals. Walking to the room I felt like it was the Bates motel the hallway looked like a scene in a scary movie. The room smelled like dirty laundry, furniture looked like it came from a thrift store. the trim on the counter in the kitchen was peeling off by three feet so you couldn’t even walk by it without it touching you. There were scratches at the bottom of the wall corners and the carpet was heavily stained in multiple areas. The bathroom door and trim had been scratched and peeling like someone was scratching to their way out. Scary!!! The door wouldn’t close all the way until me and my daughter put all our weight on it. The phone in the room didn’t work so I had to call the hotel directly from my cell phone and their answering service wasn’t helpful or able to just transfer me to the front desk. There was a rattling noise all night coming from the sink drain or pipes. The bed was so hard that it creaked everywhere. The sofa bed my daughter slept on had a mattress that looked like a blanket not even 2 inches. This property was under renovations which I was mindful of, especially as they had signage at the front desk when checking in. However, there was a layer of dust (presumably from the recarpeting of the halls and no seal under the door to prevent it from blowing in) that layered the entire floor and the top of the dresser. I was there less than 24 hours so I just kind of sucked it up and dealt w/it while I was in town for an event and ... you get what you pay for but I always expect the room to at least be free of dust and dirt when checking in. We had no idea the hotel was under construction all the third floor where we stayed had no carpet no floor. It was all concrete with dust. Walls were all white and freshly painted. rooms were dirty with dust and a huge opening under the door. room was hot. Restrooms had cockroaches all over the sink and the Shower and tub kitchen had cockroaches in the counter. And sink area. There was splashed dead cockroaches in between the blankets. The beds were not sturdy enough and part of the bed fell off to the floor. I told the person at the front desk that we had to leave early way ahead of check in time due to waking up with a cockroach on my arm, response was we will let management know. I paid $70 a night and expected much worse. I'd had bad experiences at extended-stay hotels before, so I expected the worst. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so it was a mess. The room was clean except for the floor, which was sticky. The bathroom was clean. For the price, it was fine. Parking seemed very secure, and the location is pretty good. It's surrounded by other hotels and on a dead-end street. It has a slightly strong incense smell. I would stay there again if I were on a budget and just needed a bed to rest. The room they gave me had mold and wouldn’t change the room the girl that was in the service desk was rude. The towels from the resteoom seemed used they had dirt stains. I ended up leaving because of all the issues i was having I tried contacting the manager but had bo luch the person in the phone just kept repeating the word "oh" over and over again and then said the manager will reach out to me and nothing. Floor was not swept, full of hairs . Room smelled like if someone was smoking inside them which i got non smoking rooms. I had to go get my own airfresheners. I went to front desk and asked for a broom. Did not even attempt to try the free grab and go breakfast to avoid disappointment.
