moquette usagée. Pour le petit déjeuner, difficile de le prendre quand il faut courir après le personnel pour avoir du café, lait, et jus d'orange. Sans compter le bruit de l'autoroute.

The couple that runs it is very friendly & professional. The location & price are both great deals. Unfortunately, the refrigerator in my room didn’t work & smelled bad. I'm a traveling chef & this is typically where I always choose to stay when I return to San Antonio.

Reservation was for a king size bed but was given 2 queen beds. There was a water leak behind the toilet therefore the floor was wet. TV remote didnt work, so had to change channels manually. Towels smelled like body odor. Bathtub looked dirty but it was the paint coming off. Sheets had black stains that looked unattractive. Horrible experience.

Had to change rooms 3 times before we found one that was complete and clean enough to stay in. Freeway construction at night blocked the one and only entrance to the hotel. Nothing like the description or pictures. Pool was dirty with bird poop and feathers. Lobby was locked and house keeping was poor. Not worth the money.

Although it’s quiet in the area and the rooms are spacious this hotel needs renovation. My room has a lot of things that need to be corrected. Starting with the AC they are outdated , I understand it is dry hot in San Antonio but it is absurd that I have to wait till the next day at night time to actually feel like the room was cooler. Should atleast turn it on an hour before the guest arrives. The room had space for a love seat or any accent chair to be placed for comfort. There was no blower at all. Usually I see a set of 4 bath towels 2 hand towels and 4 wash clothes , this time it wasn’t the case. The bathroom light might as well keep it off because it was too dim to even use. One toilet paper used for a 4 night stay. The bed linens were stained and placed inside out. The staff was ok and amicable but honestly they need someone with a lil more spirit and enthusiasm because it was a couple I believe over the age of 70 both. I would consider coming back if I see that all these things have been corrected.

I had to buy lightbulbs for my room, I stayed 1 week and never received clean towels after asking, every time I used the microwave the fridge would shut off and the tv would cut in and out, microwave kept overheating and shutting off, grateful to have a roof over my head but would not recommend and will not stay again

#### Tough place to Stay for Long

Was in town to cover the Final 4 and hooked this up as a place to stay after I was sure I was going to get to go. Really wasn’t a comfortable place or near the Alamodome as I needed to be. It was like are under the area where the belt way around San Antonio was being built, so it was t a totally safe or productive coming and going.
