I saw roaches at the room falling down on our head( i have pictures) and at the checkout time two guys entered the lobby and the hotel guy warned them to call to cops and they run out
I've let the guy know about the roaches and he just said I'm sorry...

The hotel is not clean, there were roaches and bug in the hotel room. The room had a very musty/moldy smell. The pull out bed was disgusting, full of stains, and there were no sheets provided. Even closed the sofa looked dirty, old, and unkept.

The elevator smell bad and it was hot and in the bedroom some areas were damage snd also the sofa bed was duper dirty. I need it to ask for the bed sheets because they did have any it was very inconvenient that they don't prepare the room

This is not a 7 hotel. Room smelled like smoke, bathtub was dirty, and wouldn't drain, shower wouldn't get hot, and there was a hooker hanging around the entrance. Would never stay here again.

Breakfast was good. We found roaches in our room. It was late night.. everyone else was sleeping so we didn't change the room. I was not able to sleep comfortably after seeing the roaches.. Next day I complained to front desk guy. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!

Pool not in working order the entire stay. Taking our kids on spring break vacation, we booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and hot tub and we were unable to use. I was offered a $30 discount for the inconvenience, which I do not feel was sufficient. Additionally, our room smelled musky and had black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. They acted as if it was no big deal. The flooring was also super dirty. Breakfast was ok. Definitely worth paying more to get a nicer hotel than stay at this place. I wouldn’t recommend AT ALL.

Easy check in. Nice rooms wish the pool was open. After a 12 hour drive it would have been nice to sit in the hot tub and relax

First room we were given was not cleaned, blankets,towels were missing and the front door lock seemed broken and unsafe. The 2nd room we were given had red blood like stains on the floor, the bathroom was dirty and looked like black mold around the tub and the front door lock looked broken too. We decided to leave after 30 minutes of being at this hotel because we had a small baby with us and booked another hotel elsewhere.

Our room was smelly, the pull out bed was broken, the elevator smelled like cigarettes and I want able to check in till 4 an hr passed checkin cause the room was still being cleaned

Gave my family a dirty room with pee stains in the bed sheets and also knew the previous renters had smoked in the non smoking room. Over booked rooms with limited parking outside.

Run down, stuffy, and paper thin walls. Had to unscrew ceiling light so we could charge our phones. Switch the light off=outlets off, too. Shady environment overall.
