The property was not guest friendly. The floor upstairs is slanted, the TV remotes did not work, the burner light on the stove would not go off and we had to unplug it (the sides of the stove were covered in grease), we had one vehicle that we needed to park in visitor parking and thought we had but the pavement paint is not visible so our car was towed. Come to find out there are only two visitor spots in the entire complex. It was not an enjoyable stay. When I told the host the issues he said they would do better next time. Séjour de 4 nuits en août 2024 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Rosa P., Pearland 21 août 2022 Points faibles : Propreté #### Needs a lot of work Entering the housing community it was hard to locate the house because there was a tree/bush in front of the house number and the houses are not numbered in a sensible, easy-to-deduce manner. We had to ask several locals for help. The VRBO is located in a "gated community" but there is no actual functioning gate (more like a broken fence). Entering the house, it is a bit run down: 1\. The front door doesn't close properly (gap at top); stove 2\. ven is crusty and smoke started coming out of the stove burner when we first turned it on 3\. Furniture looks like it had several years of daily use 4\. Backyard fence is broken 5\. dust on some furniture, decorations, 6\. "Snowed" dust from the fan onto the bed when we turned it on 7\. Back yard door doesn't have privacy window 8\. No trash bags provided for bathroom trash cans 9\. 2 Bathroom sinks are damaged/broken/rusty 10\. Found small roaches in the kitchen Overall needs some deep cleaning in nooks and cranies. It is overpriced for the quality of house we got The only good thing I can say is; 1\. that they have netflix 2\. Good communication with a host via email before coming 3\. Cute cat came to visit us and it was fun for the kids to see the cat chilling on our car roof 4\. Host kept in contact the whole time and made sure to be available as we needed it ##### Rosa P.
