This small house was comfortable and really in a great neighborhood and conveniently located to events. The only things I saw were that the floor in the kitchen needs repairing, it almost has a hole in the wood floor.. I didnt like having another place directly behind us and young people coming in and out all times of night. A front house rental and a back house rental. When we arrived, we thought there were residents in the back rental, until someone started to walk up on the front porch and attempt use a code to access our portion of the rental. There was no indication on how the back house could be accessed. It was cleared up quickly, but the gentleman was not aware of the second access location. The neighbors down the street got into a drunken fight at 3am and we could hear everything. As far as the house review, the place was nice,clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels and paper goods. We could walk to several great restaurants and bars, and felt safe doing so after dark. Adorable neighborhood with character and accessibility. We had to park on the street, for a stay in the front house. Overall, it was perfect for a weekend trip.
