A house cleaner had to remove dirty bedding, remove trash, and change out sheets during our rented time. This would not have been a big issue but for my mother- who is 90 staying with us and had driven in the car for the past 3 hours. We had to take her out to eat while the person was cleaning instead of being able to rest in the house. There were no basic amenities such as toilet paper in some bathrooms. Wall paper peeling .... Alarm was chirping and battery needed to be replaced. These were some of the problems with our stay. The host tried to immediately correct some of these issues and allowed us to leave our luggage in garage until 2:00 pm on check out day since we had our vehicle being repaired. The house was nice but the rental started off on a bad foot. ##### David R. We noticed mold on the cutting board and chewed gum behind the TV and near the door hinge—things that really impacted the overall feel.There was no towel rack in one bathroom, no place to take out the trash, and no detergent provided despite being asked to start a load of laundry. The home was beautiful and in a great location within walking distance of the Pearl District. Food trucks next to the property were an added bonus. The rooftop patio was great to hang out at night. Three-story townhome with two bedrooms on the 3rd floor and the other bedroom with two beds on the first. The development was gated with the gates always closed so it always felt safe. Very short walk to The Pearl (less than 5 minutes). The home was very clean and had everything we needed to cook and wash clothes. Very quiet complex and neighborhood.
