### Charming 3-bedroom near the Pearl 

This property is the bottom unit of a beautiful duplex nestled in a prime location of San Antonio. Whether you prefer to be in the city and walk around or travel to another destination, the Pearl is a quick 3minute drive and this home sits between 281, I-35, & I-10 which makes travel easy no matter where your destination is. Renovations have been done with the comfortability and security of the guests in mind- a fenced in dog area and a private closed in sitting area complete with outdoor security cameras.   
  
The industrial theme with fun art and decors brings an inviting energy to our home! It's important to note that the fire places shown in pictures are not in working condition.
