Can fit up to 11 people including families with kids. Includes a highchair and baby crib if needed. It is fully furnished & equipped, Smart TV with Netflix and cables, wifi and washer & dryer. Outside you will have huge backyard with a dreamy patio which in, a sun-room to enjoy the sun light and a fun game-room. It is close to all the necessary amenities including restaurants, bars, shopping, gas and places of worship. This beautiful four bedroom, two bath, 1750sqf home is located in an exclusive, upscale, quiet & peaceful neighborhood and it includes everything you need. The 4 bedrooms include beds for 10 people plus a a folding bed which very comfortable! This home can sleep a total of 11 people. It is fully furnished & equipped and has smart TV which can be used to watch Netflix and all cables channels in both living room and master bedroom, wifi and washer & dryer, Wood burning fireplace. High Ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. Home includes an amazing Sun-room to enjoy the sun light combined with a game-room to have some fun while home. House is babies friendly and includes a highchair and a crib \\ Pack n' Play. Outside you will have huge backyard with a dreamy patio which includes games, BBQ, Cornhole and plenty of sitting area and a hammock & plenty of mature trees gives a park-like feel. You will have private parking spots plus plenty of parking off street. You can use the Neighborhood’s tennis court that is located a few minutes walking from the house. I can assure you will love it! \- You are welcome to enjoy the house in its entirety from the kitchen to the backyard. \- There is a private patio to sit and relax with BBQ you can freely use. \- The garage is out of use yet you will have private parking for 2 cars plus plenty more off street. This house is located in the northern part of San Antonio. Quiet and peaceful. You have all the necessary amenities right next to you in a walking distance such as shopping, gas, groceries, synagogue, church and all kind of restaurants. About 5 minutes drive to the famous Northstar shopping mall, parks and to the airport. 10 minutes drive to the Zoo, Botanical gardens and to the Medical center. 15 minutes drive to Six flags, Downtown & Riverwalk, Sea world and more. Perfectly located in the middle of everything! Close to Loop 1604 and HW 281\. Car is recommended and you can use Metro bus. Ride sharing is popular in San Antonio and we have Lyft and Uber. Popular nearby attractions are a short drive away. • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required. \- Early check in & Late check-out might be possible for an additional fee (Please ask for an approval first) I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you are here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with us is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home (I will send you the access code the day of your arrival). In the house i have a list of local recommendations so you'll be equipped with what you need to get around and get the best out of San Antonio during your stay! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. \- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. \- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. \- The garage is not available as it is occupied by the owner at times. It is completely separated from the house with a private separated entrance, it is not shared with the house in any way and it is surrounded by a fence so you can rest assured to have complete privacy. \- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Plenty of room for a large family or group. Daniel was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. My only suggestion is to clean up the backyard a bit. There are rocks instead of grass which is fine but there are tons of leaves and sap from old tree back there which makes it hard to enjoy the yard. Also, the hot water comes out extremely hotttttttt to the point of burning you. That needs to be adjusted to prevent an accident. The house was so nice, we wished we could stay longer. Well furnished and great layout. The back yard has a nice corn hole game setup that we and the kids enjoyed. The location can't be beat as it is only 10-15 mins from Airport and 15-20 mins from downtown. Great restaurants/shopping near by and also slightly halfway between Lackland and Bullis. Wicked comfortable "atrium" that we used every afternoon/evening to play card and socialize. Pet friendly is nice! Daniel is awesome host and answered all of our questions quickly. Also help kept us mindful of how we left the place after our visit. Rooms and house were beautifully kept. Binder of rules were helpful. We had about 9 girls, which the house had plenty of room for. We were able to decorate with balloons for our bride to be and cook and have a little arts a craft in the linai area. It was perfect. Quiet time at 10 pm which we respected. Only complaint is the height of the mirror in the bathroom, but I'm 5 feet so thats my challenge. Haha! ##### Michelle L.
