Check out was a problem because the manager was not on-site and the person checking me out did not know how to provide a zero-balance receipt. I actually stopped in another day to get a receipt and got no satisfaction because the same person was there with no manger around. I asked on three separate occasions to have the receipt sent to me via E-Mail and still haven't received a receipt after two weeks. Also, I had booked my room for two nights, but when I tried to get to the hotel on the second night, the Interstate service road on which the hotel is located was blocked for construction. I drove around for over three hours trying to get to the hotel because I had left belongings in the room from the first night's stay. I finally resorted to driving up the one-way service road in the wrong direction to get to the hotel.
