Great location in a very nice gated, friendly neighborhood. We played golf at a several locations; inside at Briggs Ranch ( with members) , Castroville, and by Sea World and all within 20 + minutes. Home is open and kitchen had everything we needed to cook but mostly used Gas bbq grill outside. Derrick , the owner was always available if we had any questions and they are kind enough to have extra toiletries if you forgot something! We had everything we needed and brought detergent for the Great washer and dryer that was a needed Bonus! We felt very welcomed and owner even checked in to see if we needed anything… Above and beyond! We will definitely be back, look forward to it and only hope we can get this home again! Home was lovely. Check-in super easy. Excellent communication. We were very comfortable at the house. My son was able to come back after graduation to relax, visit and eat. Exactly what is needed from the hustle and bustle of the busyness of Fiesta in San Antonio in the month of April. The home is welcoming and comfortable. (January 2022) It was very comfortable, and immaculately clean. Loved staying there, and felt very welcome. There was construction going on a couple of houses down which caused some trash to blow onto "our" lawn, and extra vehicles, traffic, and noise.
