Huge fenced backyard w New Central AC. Only 1 dog allowed 50 pounds or less. No cats allowed. Excellent Att fiber internet. 9 miles to Lackland, 13 miles to sea world. 4 miles to the Pearl and only 2 miles to ATT center. Renovated, clean. Please have an accurate guest count on your reservation, and you must include your dog as a pet. The neighborhood is historic urban east side and undergoing gentrification. Some houses are amazing while some are not. TVs in all the bedrooms and please no smoking inside the home.
