House was beautiful and clean. We were allowed early check in which was great for the part of my group who arrived first. The set up of the house is great, each bedroom has its own private bathroom which was perfect for us. Hot tub and outside area definitely got used. The only negative thing was that the pool was advertised as heated but was not. I think it needed repairs but we were bummed because a big reason why we chose this listing was for the heated pool for the kids. But all in all it was a great stay.
