I like the hotel very much the only thing is they need Wi-Fi in the rooms. They only have Wi-Fi in the reception this is a problem. But I like the grounds and the staff was amazing !!! The food was excellent!!! Get Wi-Fi in rooms it would be perfect

No complaints about property. It is an older resort but nothing wrong with it. The staff are what made our trip so memorable. Dining room staff, lobby staff, beach staff, bartenders, housekeeping, were all so friendly and helpful. We don't speak Spanish but staff did their best to speak with us and all our needs were met.

I had a great stay at Sol Caribe Campo! The main pool and the beach were both great with plenty of chairs and some shaded space. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was good and had plenty of variety. No stinginess with the alcohol either. And my room was well air-conditioned and clean, and the bed was comfy. However, there are a few things that I can see being dealbreakers for some people. WiFi is only available in the lobby. The resort is on a hill, which makes for great views, but also loooots of stairs. And the hotel plays fairly loud party music at the pool, the beach, during the nightly show--pretty much all day, everywhere until 11pm at night.

That hotel is terrible, we don't like it at all, everything is a complete disaster, we arrived on December 30, 2021, there was a crowd of people gathered in the shack, called the front desk, of about 30 people, all waiting for rooms, we arrived at the hotel at 3:45 p.m. It is horribly ugly old and useless. The employees can be seen to be tired and unhappy working in that pigsty. Like that, the restaurants are horrible. The food is the same every day. I don't understand why you have to make a reservation for a buffet? It does not make sense when it is buffet, we did not get to dinner in the Italian restaurant since there were no reservations available the snacks had the appearance of old food and overheated the drinks like the soft drinks you had to serve them yourself from the liter bottle in the bars the drinks Available were with cheap third-class liquor, the beer is not even that of Colombia like the eagle. December, which is in front of the activities area and the restaurant, that is stupid ... At the new year party the electricity went out 3 times during the show the orchestra that played was normal but nothing spectacular the decoration was a disaster the tables were not They had tablecloths and the chairs were plastic. Not to mention the beach, all ugly, dirty, full of garbage. The hotel service at the bar was horrible. In the end, this experience was horrible. My money to the trash I don't know how cheaptickets has that hotel on their page, they should give me my mone

Decent food every day, bars open all day, night, main pool is quite good, security was good, beach club a nice thing, lots of staff who try to help. Staff english is weak, hotel is ageing, only 1 good pool, no gym, no wifi in rooms, long way from downtown.

The staff was excellent, very nice and helpful. The buffets were okay, nothing really special about them and the free drinks were just awful. The walls of the individual units are paper thin and you could hear everything from next door, from the poor exhausted baby screaming in the night to the man having many bodily functions. It felt like they were in the room with us. We just had to laugh as there was nothing else you could do. And, the rooster… every day by 6 am. One did not need an alarm clock!! But, as I said before, the staff was excellent. The pools were nice and clean. The Italian restaurant that one had to reserve was the highlight. We went there 3 out of 4 nights as they served fresh pasta how you liked it. Well done. Oh, and you better be in shape as you can’t get to the main buffet restaurant and pool without descending many, many stairs. Then, you have to climb back up. Older people, anyone that has issues better not book this property. The private beach is not right there. You can take a shuttle which starts at 10 am or do as we did and walk it. It took between 10-15 minutes for an easy walk. They served warm snacks and had free drinks at the beach. The cabanas were first come which we were able to get the front row as we went early by walking. The hordes come by shuttle and then they all leave by 12:30 for the free lunch back up by the hotel. It’s a very nice white sand beach.

This place was as advertised, but we had a hard time finding people who spoke English, which made it difficult to fully appreciate the property. The food was good, and the pools were nice. It’s a short walk or shuttle to a nice private beach. I had some concerns about the water quality at the beach, which you can see the discoloration of the water in that

El hotel esta como a 12 minutos del centro y el taxi cobra mínimo 25,000 COP la carrera, la comida es regular y es muy variada, hay restaurantes en los que puedes reservar pero no ofrecen nada diferente a los de no reserva así que no tiene mucho sentido, algunos empleados no nos trataron bien, parece que nos hacían un favor de mala gana, difícilmente regreso.

I want a refund
Lengthy check in, no hot water the entire stay (minus 45-60 minutes worth of maybe 80 degree water ONE TIME, otherwise only cold water), found cockroaches in the room (two men cane at 9:30pm and “fumigated” the room while we were in it by spraying a can of Raid into the air like it was room deodorizer), got food poisoning from the buffet (which is pretty much all there is to chose to eat from), hotel employee cornered me (a single mom traveling with her kids) on the beach and asked me to marry him and take him back to the USA with me/us (this happened three times, same guy), when we felt well enough to get out of the room we signed up for a snorkeling trip (pre-paid and we were waiting in the bus queue) when I decided on a whim (maybe on intuition given the pattern of this stay?) to confirm the bus schedule and that’s when I learned that they had cancelled it but didn’t feel compelled to let us know. Worst “vacation” I have ever had. Sick, nervous, and stressed ... that’s apparently what I paid to experience.

Nice hotel, nice staff, Ok food.
The resort was pretty good. It wasn't on the beach but it did provide a shuttle bus every half hour to the beach. The food was ok, not great. The resort grounds were well maintained and the pools were nice. The staff was all friendly as well. The room we had did have an amazing view!

Relaxing and Beautiful
For the most part my stay at Sol Caribe Campo was a good one. Although there are a few improvements needed, the first would be the check in, I think the check in was terrible and a long wait, the second would be the room service, the towels were not changed and when you called they say they would send someone to your room and make you wait forever, when I asked the maid for a towel she said she would let the office know. The next is the dinner location, if you don't make reservations to one of the rooms near the main office you have to walk pretty far to eat dinner at the entrance of the facility and walk a million steps back up to your location. With this said and done, the rooms are clean and very, very comfortable and a nice environment. I recommend this place.

Ok for an all-inclusive hotel in San Andres
I don't like staying at all-inclusive hotels, but this one was ok (edible food, ok service, worn but usable rooms). Rooms all face the sea so great sunrise views. Room insulation not greatest (had to change room once since neighbor was coughing all night, could hear the couple in new room the next night and also loud disco music since it was near the restaurant/entertainment area).

Poor accommodations. Poor customer service. Hotel is in desperate need of better management and remodeling. Will never return.
