« This hotel has it all, the staff is amazing. They were really nice with us from the moment we walked in. We got there early and they offered to leave our luggage in a safe place until room was ready so we can go eat or walk around. But they gave me a room quick without hesitation or early charges. Shara is one of the staff who was always with a happy smile in her face, polite and always asked if we needed something. The bar staff making them drinks on point, really good specially the morning...

« Séjour horrible! Hôtel miteux, dangereux, service au niveau 0 absolu. Je m’explique : l’hôtel paraît bien en photos mais celles ci sont mensongères, les chambres sont insalubres avec des insectes de partout, de l’eau stagnante dans la douche qui ne part jamais, la douche où vous pouvez vous électrocuter car les fils électriques apparents pour « chauffer » l’eau (j’ai pris plusieurs fois des coups d électricité.). Le petit déjeuner paraît en photo très bien mais la réalité est tout autre....

A casa é lindíssima, cada cômodo é muito bem decorado com móveis requintados e ao mesmo tempo tem uma atmosfera de acolhimento como nossa casa. Tudo muito limpo, a limpeza é diária nos quartos com trocas de toalhas, água quente nos chuveiros e banheiras, tem frigobar e tvs nos quartos.
