Front desk at the check in date the big lady was very rude and make us wait until 4 pm others guests got theirs rooms much before 3 pm. The rooms are nice but the AC is very noisy and if you have a room directly on the boardwalk there’s music until 4am…

I hated staying in this hotel. they treated me like a criminal. everything was a where you going? where did you come from? so many restrictions on taking food to your room. they watch you like your going to steal something. and the breakfast is disgusting.

Hi. I liked Hotel Casablanca. It is probably one of the better hotels on San Andres. Rooms are good sized with comfortable and large beds. Rooms are relatively quiet. There is nightlife at the beach, which you can hear but is festive. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the hot water, but it has hot water. Rooms are clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. There are always English speakers available. Breakfast is plentiful and with good variety and omelets made to order. Three restaurants are tandem. Food is good. By international standards it is fine. By San Andres standards it is one of the best. I like the Hotel Casablanca and would stay again.

I was looking for an easy walk to the beach hotel, and Yes ! I got that , it is a Ocean view Hotel not ocean front, but very accessible, love the fact i can chose from the 3 or 4 restaurants right on the 1st level, I just wished the included dinner will be more flexible, Service was rather slow but it was worth it.

The front desk staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Had someone else’s reservation mixed up with ours. Rude, I was next in line and they just ignored and called other people in front of me. Water didn’t work one day but they resolved the issue within 30 minutes. Accommodations were good and convenient location.

Room was not cleaned, plumbing exploded under the bathroom faucet, electricity went out 3xs , poor Wi-Fi, super loud from the vendors below played music until 4am boom blaster , 7am music started at the beach, the stuff was nice , unfortunately the hotel lacks common sense services and repairs . Please is a glorified motel 6

Créame que lamentamos lo acontecido. El daño en la tubería no es ajeno a ninguna propiedad ene l mundo. Es un caso fortuito derivado de una fuerza mayor. Los cortes de energía, son inherentes a la empresa prestadora de ese Servio que, cuando se presentan, afectan servicios como lo es el internet. con respecto al ruido externo, también un asunto ajeno a la voluntad de la propiedad, para ello, se está en proceso de instalación de ventanas acústicas. Overall, this is a nice hotel. Probably one of the nicest in San Andres, but the bar here is pretty low. Things I liked: The room was in good condition, clean, and our bed was very comfortable. The A/C worked great. The food at the restaurants and breakfast buffet were very good with lots of variety. The location is central to many activities and right across from the beach. It felt safe. Things I didn't like: Breakfast technically ends at 9, so no sleeping in on vacation (bummer). The staff were hit or miss. Some people were very friendly and helpful, some would be better suited to working at the DMV. The language barrier was more of a challenge than I thought it would be. I've traveled to small towns in mexico and costa rica and managed to get by with my limited spanish. I got the impression people here weren't even trying to understand what I was saying. While the food at the restaurants was very good, the service was pretty poor. Long waits for food and no one checks on you to see if you need anything. We would be seated for 15 minutes or more before anyone even brought us a menu or took our drink orders. The the temperature of the water in the shower varies minute by minute. Cold shower or third degree burns? Spin the wheel and take your chances. TLDR; Nice hotel, but I've definitely stayed in better for less money.

Beware- no matter what room you choose on Expedia, when you check in, you will be given a room that may or may not look anything like it. We booked an ocean view room. The photos showed a large room with a couch and a balcony overlooking the ocean. When we checked in, there was a great deal of whispering amongst the staff before we were placed into a room so small that our bags did not fit on either side of the bed. There was a window and no balcony. The room could not have possibly fit a couch. When we address this with the staff, we are told that the photos are “preferred rooms” and have nothing to do with the actual rooms that you may or may not be given when you check in. We understand that there is some variability in shapes of rooms and the exact view that we may receive when we book a room, however, this room was clearly not even in the same category of rooms as we had paid for. The hotel looks nice, however, the water in the sinks and showers smelled so terrible that it made it very difficult to spend time in the room. Breakfast was good. The location is incredible, but I customer service was so lacking that it was challenging to overlook

Este hotel maneja publicidad enganosa presenta unas fotos de habitacion vista al mar con balcon y cuando llegas al hotel te dan otra cosa totalmente diferente a lo que te ofrecen en las fotos. No son honestos con lo que ofrecen respecto a lo que dan.

Many many many issues with basic service and room execution. Extremely disappointing considering the price. Restaurant food quality was poor but service was very slow and unprofessional!

The hotel should be a 3 star (3.5 star at best), definitely not a 4 star. Convenient location - on the boardwalk/next to beach. Hotel is very outdated. You need a key to get into sliding door and many guests were having problems locking it. Hotel rooms are very basic and a bit smelly/humid. Air conditioner made noise. Lobby is very simple. The restaurant Casa Blanca was furnished nicely. 3 restaurants connected to hotel, which was convenient.

Buena ubicación y atención, pero no sostenible
Estábamos contentos con la habitación y terraza con vista de la piscina. El desayuno fue bueno, unos días mejores que otros, y me gustó encontrar un bol de comida en la entrada del bar para lis perros callejeros. Lo malo de este hotel es la falta de consciencia de sostenibilidad. No reciclan y lo tiran todo a la basura. Nosotros guardamos los reciclables y los pusimos en contenedores en la calle. También ponen el aire acondicionado atope en el comedor mientras que dejan las puertas abiertas. Volveríamos a este hotel si mejorara la política de sostenibilidad y demostrara liderazgo de conservar los recursos de la isla.

Great location
The hotel is well-located where all the action is, if you enjoy that. The affiliated restaurants were nice. The room was large and clean but unattractive. The hotel has zero charm, what one sees at low end all-inclusive places, a concrete box. The staff were nice.

If you are looking for a hotel next to a great beach, restaurants, and shopping, this is the hotel. It is in the middle of it all. It was enjoyable to be their and able to get to everything we wanted within minutes.

Extremely close to the beach and all of the action. Not sure there’s a better option in that area. Very noisy but it doesn’t matter. Check in was Crazy slow but after that it was great.
