The Neighborhood:  
Kampos Marathokampos, also known as Votsalakia, is a serene coastal village nestled on the southwestern shores of Samos Island, Greece. Approximately 32 km from Samos International Airport and the island's capital, Samos Town (Vathy), lies about 44 km to the northeast, offering a scenic drive through the island's diverse landscapes.  
  
The village is renowned for its expansive beach, stretching over 3 km, characterized by a mix of sand and pebbles, and offering crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming and sunbathing. The beach is well-organized, featuring sunbeds, umbrellas, and water sports facilities, catering to both relaxation seekers and adventure enthusiasts. A plethora of restaurants/taverns, coffee shops and bars await the visitors each time of day. Within walking distance from the property a super-market, conveniently located for your daily groceries.
