"Pros: great location near Registan, great price point, friendly staff Cons: room wasn't fully cleaned since the previous guest, thin walls, bed not very comfortable, bathroom in need of a reno. TL;DR you get what you pay for, and it's a reasonable option if you prioritize value and convenience over cleanliness and comfort."

"Beautiful hotel in a very central location. We stayed in a family triple room, which was incredibly spacious, and we especially loved the balcony overlooking the stunning courtyard. The room had everything we needed, and the shower had excellent water pressure with consistently hot water. One of the highlights of our stay was the outstanding food quality. The breakfast selection was plentiful, the salad I ordered for lunch was exceptionally fresh and delicious, and dinner was beautifully presented and truly memorable. In fact, despite our usual policy of trying different restaurants while traveling, we returned here multiple times for both lunch and dinner because the food was simply that good. This was without question my favorite hotel of our entire Central Asia trip."

"There are positive and negative aspects. The building is clean and has character (high ceilings and moldings). Its location is in a wonderful park that we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. Went to restaurants and cafes. People watched. But the downside is that our small room had no AC for three nights. The staff did not take care of it after the first complaint. And could not fix it after the second. "
