For added entertainment and relaxation, this level also features a Bonus Room with a Sofa Bed that can be expanded into a King, providing flexible sleeping options. The Top Level features an open-concept design with a well-appointed Kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, concrete countertops, and a recently updated dishwasher (2023). The island bar provides extra seating, making it a great spot for casual meals and conversation. The adjacent Dining Area flows seamlessly into the Living Area, where guests can relax after a day at the beach. Step outside onto the spacious Furnished Sun deck to take in the stunning wetland views while lounging in the Adirondack chairs. A Hallway Half Bathroom rounds out this level for your convenience.  
  
Outside, a Tiki Bar and Gas Grill set the scene for evening gatherings, while the outdoor shower offers a refreshing way to rinse off after a day in the sun. If you've always wanted to get away from the busiest areas of the Outer Banks but still be within easy driving distance of local restaurants, gift shops, and landmarks, Hatteras is the perfect place for you to take your next vacation! Just a few miles down the road, you can go birdwatching and explore the marshes of the Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge or drive to Buxton to climb the famous Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. The anglers in your group will love being so close to Cape Point where they can try their luck reeling in a big catch.
