Il Nachiro is a modern single-storey villa with swimming pool, located a short distance from the white sandy beaches of Pescoluse. Built with light local stone and characterized by traditional star vaults, the villa is surrounded by a green garden with pine and olive trees. Furnished in an essential and comfortable style in light coastal tones, the villa has a large open space living area with large windows and three double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. Outside, two equipped dining areas — including a shaded patio — invite outdoor living. A saltwater pool, surrounded by solariums and sun loungers, completes the picture. The fluid distribution between interior and exterior makes this villa ideal for a summer stay near the sea in southern Puglia. Nearby there are equipped beaches, fish restaurants, boat trips and water activities.

Interiors:
The villa is on the ground floor only. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance from the furnished porch into the open space living area with ornamental fireplace; living room, dining table and equipped kitchen; three double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom with shower. Outdoor laundry room adjacent to the kitchen, overlooking the second patio equipped for outdoor dining.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by a completely fenced garden, planted with native essences, pines and Mediterranean scrub. On one side of the house, a small pine forest offers natural shade and a private parking area. On the opposite side is the infinity pool, framed by paving stones and lawn. A shaded patio, near the entrance of the villa, is furnished with table and chairs and is accompanied by a stone barbecue. The second patio, next to the kitchen, is also furnished for outdoor dining. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located about 10 meters from the villa and is accessible via five stone steps that start from the porch. Rectangular in shape, it measures 10 x 4 meters with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.40 meters; stone-effect PVC coating; salt purification; internal lighting; access through internal steps. The solarium area is paved and equipped with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. A cold water shower is integrated at the base of a pine tree. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
