The apartment features professional hotel-grade linens. 24-hour concierge. During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall. The guest will have access to the condominium's pool and gym, which are for common use. The gym operates 24 hours. The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance. The use of the barbecue, party room, and gourmet area is only allowed with prior notice and payment of an extra condominium fee for their use. More about the location: Barra is a historic neighborhood: it has the postcards, the beaches, and the most famous sea bath in Salvador. It has the tradition of the Yacht Club, Barravento, and the Barra Ice Cream Shop. Barra is also a new neighborhood. It has been completely revitalized in recent years, with a brand new boardwalk, always lively with people exercising, trendy bars and restaurants, various services like pharmacies, shops, delicatessens, all around. And you can even walk to the coolest, charming, and complete shopping mall in Salvador, the Barra Shopping. Barra has everything to do and everything nearby. That's why it suits both work and leisure. You'll see: Barra is your number. Also, in the vicinity of the apartment, there are several banks, clinics, and the Portuguese Hospital. You'll be a 3-minute walk from Barra Beach's sand. The sunset at Farol da Barra (9-minute walk) is breathtaking!
