The balcony features a bistro table for enjoying your morning coffee. Our kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils. The condominium offers a well-equipped co-living space and a rooftop pool with a sea view. We have a workstation available in case you need to work comfortably. Located in the center of Barra, our apartment is within walking distance of one of the main tourist attractions and along the Barra - Ondina circuit of Salvador's Carnival. Enjoy the side view of the sea from our balcony and be just a few steps away from Farol da Barra beach. To ensure your productivity during your stay, we offer Super Fast 300Mbps Wi-Fi Internet. Additionally, the condominium provides a Co-Working room and a meeting room, subject to availability. 1 parking spot available. The use of the garage is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum capacity is reached, you will not be allowed to park your vehicle inside the building's garage. The space is very well-equipped with a 43" Smart LED TV, Split air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, 300Mbps Wi-Fi Internet, Refrigerator, Blender, Microwave, Electric drip coffee maker, Dulce Gusto capsule coffee maker, Sandwich grill, Water filter, Hairdryer, and Iron with an ironing board. The condominium features a shared area with washing machines, including a washer and dryer combo. The apartment features a professional hotel-grade linens and bedding. The condominium's pool and gym are freely accessible during the stay, they're also for common use. The use of co-working spaces and meeting rooms is subject to prior reservation and possible extra charges. The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance. The condominium also provides a service area with washer-dryer machines. During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall. Communication with guests is carried out as promptly as possible to ensure they feel welcomed, through the platform and also via phone. Our check-in process is self-check-in, without my physical presence. The Barra neighborhood is one of the iconic postcards of the city of Salvador. Both traditional and modern, it is famous for Salvador's Carnival. Barra has been revitalized, and the main avenue's traffic has been modified to create a promenade perfect for strolling and exercising. The neighborhood is filled with cafes, bars, restaurants, acarajé vendors, as well as banks, shops, bakeries, markets, and a comprehensive structure with everything the guest needs. One of the best and oldest malls in Salvador, the Shopping Barra, is within a short walking distance. With the infrastructure available, guests can do everything on foot. Check in info received in a mixture of Portugese and English for you to figure out. You arrive to a concierge who doesn’t speak any English. In my case I was ignored while he joked with his buddy hanging out. No baggage storage until strict check in at 3pm, this lack of baggage assistance is not mentioned on the booking. Just told to leave until 3pm, just a really unprofessional and unhelpful approach. Everything is a hassle, the laundromat and gym are locked and you have to go ask for a key. Then to use the laundry you have to download an app(only in Portugese), register with your passport if not Brazilian and pay for the use of the laundry. It’s insane. You get no key to the place so to get in everytime you have to deal with a concierge with no English. The apartment itself ok except for the shower being cold only.
