New and cozy apartment in Boca do Rio! It has 19m², with a double bed, smart TV, armchair, split air conditioning, ceiling fan and kitchen. Condominium with 24-hour doorman, gym, swimming pool and co-working space with meeting room. Waterfront close to Armação beach, with bike path, tennis courts, multi-sports courts and soccer field. Opposite Multishop Boca do Rio, close to laundromat, Burger King, bakery, steakhouse, pizzeria, pharmacy, among other shops and services.  
  
New building with sea view in Boca do Rio! Very close to Armação beach, with tennis courts, multi-sports courts and a soccer field! Building with swimming pool, gym, co-working room, rotating garage and 24-hour reception. Super well located. An unforgettable experience!
