The neighborhood of Ondina combines the tranquility of a residential area with the proximity to leisure spots, ensuring the perfect balance between relaxation and fun. 1 parking spot available. The use of the garage is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum capacity is reached, you will not be allowed to park your vehicle inside the building's garage. The space is air-conditioned in the bedroom to ensure your comfort in any season of the year. For moments of leisure, the 40" Smart TV is perfect for watching your favorite shows and movies. The sofa bed provides additional accommodation options for your guests. The property is also equipped with an Italian coffee maker and a conventional coffee maker, as well as 350Mbps internet. The kitchen is fitted with modern and versatile appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, two-burner induction cooktop, blender, sandwich maker, and air fryer, providing everything you need to prepare your meals in a practical and tasty way. For your daily comfort, the apartment also includes an ironing board and iron, clothes drying rack, as well as a shower with hot water and a bidet for a complete wellness experience. To top it off, a hairdryer is available for your personal care. In addition to all of this, the space has blackout curtains, ensuring a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep. For those who like to stay in shape, there is a fully equipped gym. For moments of relaxation, the condominium’s pool is a great option. Maintenance is carried out every Monday. For those who need a more private space for meetings or work, the condominium offers a meeting room and a coworking space, both available by reservation. The pool is temporarily closed for maintenance, with a planned reopening on december 8th. The communication with guests is done as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone. Our check-in process is self-check-in, without my physical presence. Our apartment is located in the Ondina neighborhood, in a privileged location for those who wish to enjoy relaxing days in Salvador. With easy access to the waterfront, you can go jogging, walking, or biking along the beach. Just a few steps from the apartment, you'll find the famous Christ the Redeemer statue and the Barra Lighthouse, which offer magnificent views of the neighborhood and the ocean. If you're planning to visit during Carnival, our location is strategic as it's where the best camarotes (VIP areas) are set up. You'll be in the heart of the festivities, surrounded by lively celebrations and contagious joy. Enjoy the comfort of our apartment and be close to all the fun that Salvador's Carnival has to offer.
