The neighborhood of Ondina combines the tranquility of a residential area with the proximity to leisure spots, ensuring the perfect balance between relaxation and fun. 1 parking spot available. The use of the garage is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum capacity is reached, you will not be allowed to park your vehicle inside the building's garage. The space is air-conditioned in the bedroom to ensure your comfort in any season of the year. For moments of leisure, the 40" Smart TV is perfect for watching your favorite shows and movies. The sofa bed provides additional accommodation options for your guests. The property is also equipped with an Italian coffee maker and a conventional coffee maker, as well as 350Mbps internet. The kitchen is fitted with modern and versatile appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, two-burner induction cooktop, blender, sandwich maker, and air fryer, providing everything you need to prepare your meals in a practical and tasty way.
