### Beach House in Guarajuba, North Coast of Bahia

Rent for season beautiful house located in the condominium Aldeias do Jacuípe.  
The condominium has ample structure and 24 hour security.  
Quiet and calm place. Good to rest with family.

House with 4 suites, all with air conditioning, fully furnished, full kitchen, living room and intimate room, kiosk with barbecue, pool with hydromassage and shower, pool table, 49 "TV with Sky and WiFi internet for convenience. Located 300 m from the beach with access by the condominium. Spring house, very ventilated.  
The condominium has a large structure and 24 hour security, as well as soccer field, court, playground, bar and large green area.  
Distant 4 km from Guarajuba and 15 km from Praia da Forte.  
The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 on the first floor and 1 bedroom on the ground floor, all rooms are suites and have air conditioning.  
  
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed and balcony;  
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed and balcony;  
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed and balcony;  
Bedroom 4 (ground floor): 1 double and 1 single bed.  
  
I only rent the whole space.  
  
The house is in a gated community, close to the beach and the river Jacuípe, great for spending weekends or season and family or friends.  
  
At check-in the house is delivered clean and tidy, at check-out we expect it to be returned in the same condition.  
There will be a charge for cleaning and maintenance of the pool of $ 150.00\. As well as value for water and light corresponding to the consumption of guests, calculated during their entry and exit.  
  
Values for holidays and commemorative dates to be confirmed by telephone.

#### Exatamente como o descrito

A casa é muito boa e tem boa estrutura, o condomínio também é bem localizado em uma praia muito bonita. Só o condomínio que deixa um pouco a desejar na estrutura, normalmente condomínios deste porte oferecem academia, quadra de tênis, etc. No geral gostamos bastante! A comunicação com o proprietário é excelente.

A casa é extremamente confortável e bem localizada a poucos metros da praia. Bem arejada e ventilada, limpeza e quartos impecáveis!!! Condomínio com uma super estrutura. Vale registrar também a atenção do proprietário Ubiratan e o belo serviço diário do piscineiro e jardineiro.. É como se estivéssemos em nossa própria casa.

Ótima casa! É espaçosa, arejada, com armários, banheiro e ar condicionado em todos os quartos. Piscina sempre limpa e área de laser muito boa. Como fomos de carro tivemos oportunidade de visitar todos os pontos turísticos da região. Os proprietários são prestativos e atenciosos, recomendo a todos que quiserem ir!!

Super recomendo, ambiente aconchegante, ventilada, excelente estrutura, limpeza e manutenção em perfeito estado, proprietário atencioso e super educado. Está sendo nossa 2° vez alugando este imóvel e pretendo alugar mais vezes, minha família sente total conforto, aconchego e segurança. Estrutura externa excelente também, com opção de praia, clube privativo, parque infantil além das beleza naturais como o lago dos patos e coqueirais.
