Decepcionante. As fotos não refletem a realidade, hotel antigo, sem reformas ou manutenção. Sujo e com desgastes. A água não esquenta. O ar condicionado não dá vazão. Somente um elevador em funcionamento. Ótimo ponto de localização, mas não foi reformado pela rede OYO.

O hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente, a localização é excelente o café razoável, mas os quartos e piscina estão precários, Wif-Fi não funciona nos quartos, cama horrível, lençóis sujos, colchão estava com um buraco no qual precisei pedir para trocar, resumindo o hotel está em péssimas condições, único ponto positivo foi o atendimento, todos recepcionistas super prestativos.

Não tem água quente no chuveiro, quarto com piso quebrado, ducha higiênica não tem a pistola, arrumação dos quartos fora do horário, com camareira entrando no quarto abruptamente, paredes sujas, elevador horroroso. Café da manhã regular. Muito bem localizado e pessimamente administrado.

Minha experiência foi decepcionante, hotel com piscina suja, sem chuveiro com água quente, quarto empoeirado,café da manhã sem opção de escolha, bem fraco comparado com o café da manhã de alguns hotéis que já frequentei sem ser 5 estrelas. O hotel é bem localizado, tem um boa estrutura, mas falta uma boa direção e organização. E fora a manutenção de alguns ambientes
