Jan 31, 2017 #### Excelente departamento y hermoso barrio El departamento fue tal cual las fotos, el baño limpio y la habitación y living de buen tamaño para 2 a 4 personas (yo viajé con mi pareja).La dueña nos visitó unas horas después de nuestra llegada porque nuestro vuelo se retrasó. Tuvimos un problema con el wifi el primer día que fue resuelto rápidamente. La seguridad es excelente, hay una persona en la entrada las 24 hs. controlando a todos los que llegan y salen. El barrio también es muy seguro, es un lugar donde siempre vimos policías, así como en gral en toda la ciudad. A unas 2 cuadras hay una parada de omnibus urbanos que nos llevaron por varios puntos de la ciudad. y a 5 cuadras hay un wallmart con buenos precios. Al lado del edificio también hay una empresa de turismo que también hace cambio de dinero. Nos encantó el lugar y el depto. Quedamos más que satisfechos, esperamos poder volver!!! ##### mARA P. A Maristela nos recebeu super bem, no horário combinado e nos orientou sobre tudo no apartamento e ainda nos deu dicas de como aproveitar melhor nossa estadia. O imóvel é superconfortável, limpo, organizado e fica próximo de restaurantes, supermercado, farmácia e de ponto de ônibus com linhas que levam aos principais pontos da cidade. O aluguel, como um todo, foi acima das minhas expectativas. Desde o primeiro contato com a proprietária Maristela até nossa saída, tudo foi feito de forma primorosa. Ela é atenciosa e disposta a resolver qualquer problema (que não existiu). O apartamento é muito legal, super bem cuidado - queria é morar nele! Mesmo muito ventilado, ainda há opção do ar condicionado no quarto e ventilador de teto na sala, espaço maravilhoso, não ficamos apertados em nenhum momento -fomos em 3 adultos e 3 crianças, foi perfeito! O ap é exatamente o que consta nas fotos, tudo em perfeitas condições (mentira, é melhor, pois mudou a TV, kk). A estadia ímpar. Realmente o Farol da Barra foi nosso quintal, facilidade incrível para locomoção aos pontos turísticos e opções para comer, diversão ou apenas caminhadas. Jul 22, 2016 #### Simplismente perfeito O apartamento é simplesmente perfeito, ele está todo reformado, muito bem dividido e fiel as fotos, coisa que é raro hoje em dia. Em relação a localização, muito bem localizado próximo de tudo, bar, restaurante, ponto turístico por exemplo o farol da barra, ponto de táxi na esquina e sem contar que por ser bem localizado a segurança são 24 horas, podendo assim, sair em qualquer hora da noite, fundamental para um turista como eu que gosta de sair à noite para as baladas. A respeito dos funcionários, eles são super gentis e educados não medem esforços para ajudar no que for necessário, realmente não tive problema algum em entrar e sair do prédio uma vez, que já tinha me identificado na entrada. Para finalizar o atendimento da proprietária; eu não tenho nenhum ponto negativo todo seu atendimento foi perfeito, desde a chegada até o final, ela sabe realmente cativar o hospede. A Proprietária do Apartamento (Dona Maristela), foi super receptiva conosco, nos recebeu bem, nos deu dicas de como poderíamos aproveitar a cidade, estava tudo nos conformes, como nas fotos do anúncio, excelente localização, em FRENTE à PRAIA DA BARRA e a 5 minutos do PORTO DA BARRA, diversos comércios, desde Restaurantes e Bares à Mercados e Shopping. Vasta condução para diversos lugares da Cidade, à 25 min do Centro (Pelourinho, Praça da Sé, Elevador Lacerda, Mercado Modelo, etc). Só temos a agradecer pela excelente receptividade, e que com certeza quando voltarmos à cidade, contactaremos seu apartamento novamente. ##### Silvano J.
