A rede Andrade é excelente, mas o café da manhã é repetido o mesmo em todas as unidades!; penso, que poderia melhorar a qualidade, os hóspedes, todos reclamavam.

Hotel ruim, sujo, com baratas que aparecem toda noite dentro do quarto. Tirei foto, filmei, troquei de quarto duas vezes, não adianta. É estrutural, no hotel inteiro. Pecam demais na higiene. Experimente olhar por baixo da cama, para ter uma ideia da situação. Além de vários quartos estarem totalmente impregnados com cheiro de cigarro, porque os hóspedes não respeitam e a gestão pouco faz. Por causa do preço acessível e boa localização, está sempre cheio o ano todo. E aí piora ainda mais porque os elevadores não dão conta, sempre tem um desligado e outro quebrado. Dos três elevadores, muitas vezes apenas um está funcionando. Conhecendo o hotel feito conheço hoje, não vale a pena voltar mesmo pelo preço. Há outras opções mais limpas e com valor similar. Pontos positivos do hotel: o café da manhã é bom, apesar do medo com a higiene (a julgar pelos quartos e limpeza geral), a localização é excelente, o lugar é seguro, a garagem é ótima para manobrar e também segura, com porteiro 24h. E apesar de todos os problemas, os funcionários são muito atenciosos, solícitos e simpáticos.

O quarto estava limpo e cheiroso, qnd reservei disse q era cama de solteiro e era de casal oq amei, o chuveiro maravilhoso, quarto espaçoso, frigobar, nao tenho oq reclamar, cama mt boa, o cafe da manha é simples, pq como disse antes n da pra cobrar um buffet enorme, mas dava pra se saciar, gostei muito, a vista da piscina é perfeita... localização, eu pessoalmente n senti medo de andar nas redondezas, me senti tranquila, a praia da frente super sossegada sem aquele tanto de gente, gostei mt
