Nestled near downtown (2/3 mile) and endless outdoor activities, this cozy retreat offers comfort and convenience. Unwind on the spacious outdoor patio with a fireplace—ideal for cool mountain evenings. Whether you’re hiking, dining, relaxing, or dropping your children off at camp, you’ll love the charm and ease of this well-appointed getaway. Your adventure starts here!  
  
Centrally located in the heart of Saluda!  
\-1.5 miles (4 mins) to I-26 Interstate  
\-0.7 miles to downtown Saluda  
\-5 miles (10 mins) to Bradley Falls  
\-2.3 miles (7 mins) to The Gorge Zipline  
\-17 miles (35 mins) to Green River Cove Tubing  
\-21 miles (40 mins) to Asheville Regional Airport  
\-34 miles ( 1 hour) to The Biltmore Estate  
  
\*Please Note\*  
  
\-There are 2 dwellings located on the Resilience Road property. There could be other guests staying on the property during your stay.  
\-The indoor fireplace cannot be used.  
\-Please store all trash in the shed, do not put it in the cans by the road. The bears will get into it!  
  
House Rules:  
  
\- REGISTERED GUESTS:  
Though friends for the day are fine, the cabin is prepared to accommodate registered guests only. Each unauthorized guest will accrue a $50.00 fine per day, per person.  
  
\- PARTIES:  
Out of respect for others in the neighborhood, party noise is NOT allowed at the cabin, at any time of day or night. After 10 PM, no amplified sound is allowed outdoors per strict local ordinance. Guests are encouraged to move inside or appreciate the quiet outside.   
  
\- CLEANING FEE:  
Our cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest. Excessive dirtiness or neglect will result in an additional $100.00 cleaning fee.  
  
\- LATE CHECK OUT:  
Unauthorized late check out will result in a fee of $50.00 per 30 minutes after check out time. We reserve the right to remove any guest from the property for violation of these house rules.  
  
\- CHILDREN AND DOGS  
Children and dogs are absolutely welcome guests, but for their safety please note that the cabin has not been traditionally child or pet-proofed. We are a dogs-only property. There is a non-refundable $100.00 fee for a dog to stay. We are not able to accommodate cats or other animals.  
  
\*PLEASE NOTE\*  
Upon booking you are agreeing to the following house rules for pets while staying at the cabin:  
  
\-Guests are permitted one dog weighing 40 pounds or less unless the Host agrees in advance.  
  
\-The dog must be healthy and up to date (required every 3 years) on rabies and DHPP (vaccines for Distemper, Adenovirus (Hepatitis), Parainfluenza and Parvovirus).  
  
\-The dog must be flea and tick free and currently on prevention treatment.  
  
\-Guests will always keep the dog on a leash when outside of the cottage.  
  
\-Guests will not leave the dog unattended in the cabin unless the dog is crated.  
  
\-Guests are responsible for cleaning up any and all dog refuse, as well as cleaning the dog before he/she comes indoors  
  
\-As responsible pet owners, guests agree to accept full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the dog or suffered by any person during guests’ stay at the cabin.  
  
\-Guests understand that the host will charge accordingly for the repair of any damages, additional cleaning requirements, or flea treatment caused by the dog's presence or behavior.  
  
We reserve the right to remove any guest from the property for violation of these house rules.

Points forts : Propreté

We had a fantastic stay! The cabin was very clean and charming, and we enjoyed quiet evenings relaxing by the outdoor fireplace. The property is minutes from downtown Saluda. Our little dog, Stella, had a blast. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.
