Expansive Oceanfront views from your kitchen and living area with wall to wall windows and vaulted ceilings. The unit has 3 Bedrooms & 2 Full spacious bathrooms. Main master bedroom has a comfortable King bed, TV & private bathroom with duel vanities, soaking tub & shower. The Second Master has a Queen bed and it's own personal TV. The third bedroom is a fun bunk room with 4 twins perfect for kids. Extra spacious second bathroom with large doorway is conveniently located between the two bedrooms with hallway access. There is a beautiful outdoor HEATED pool & hot tub. There is also a kiddie pool at the main pool area. A second pool is located on the sound side of the property where there is also a private dock that allows you to walk out over the sound! There is a workout facility on site, as well as community grilling stations and picnic area. The community has it's own PRIVATE BEACH ACCESSES. There is a reverse osmosis water system faucet in the kitchen for cool, fresh tasting water. Well stocked, with beautiful quartz counter tops & both drip & Keurig coffee makers. Clothes Washer & Dryer located inside the unit for your convenience. Nature abounds at the Ocean Club and is one of the top rated resorts in North Carolina. The Carteret County Chamber of Commerce recognized The Ocean Club’s nature preservation efforts throughout the community to maintain the coastal quality of the area and was awarded with Award of Merit for Development. Gorgeous Live oak trees from the maritime forest are located throughout property. The property is conveniently located between Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle, with just a 10 minute drive to either end of the island. Accommodates up to 8 guests & 2 Parking Passes permitted (no exceptions). Electric vehicle charging is NOT permitted on site and does incur fines. Our price INCLUDES CLEANING and LINENS. Unfortunately we had few disappointments about the condo. First the shower was very dirty when we arrived - hair and sand left on the floor. The kitchen was not enough equipped for a party of 8\. We had to deal with 8 large plates for a week. Which means we had to use the dishwasher after each meal. And the owner just provided 3 trash bags for our stay. The beach chairs were so rusty, we were afraid to stain our bathing suits. After 2 days, I wrote my concerns to the owner. I got a quick response but no action taken or compensation offered. ##### Michelle B. The unit wasnt quite as updated as I was expecting based on what we paid, but still a beautiful condo. Close to a lot of things and the view od the ocean was breathtaking. The balcony was my favorite part of the condo. Things to note: the bunk bed bedroom is EXTREMELY small. We just had one of our daughters in there so it worked fine for her, but if you had 4 people in there it would be very cramped. There also isnt anywhere in that room to put clothes away, vsry disappointed with that. Also, there was not an extra trash bag for the kitchen garbage. We are a family of 4 who stayed for a week and ate many of oir meals at the condo. The view was spectacular and the accommodations were perfect for my family of 7 people. It was close to the elevator which was great for my mom and she loved being able to watch the ocean from the balcony. We loved that the beach wasn’t crowded. We cooked in the kitchen most nights and loved the community that was close by that had a couple of restaurants. My boys really enjoyed the mini golf and go carts that was just a few minutes away. We would sit outside on the balcony and relax the comfy chairs and drink coffee every morning and the view was beautiful. The condo was well equipped and very clean.
