Professionally Managed by North East Escapes- Victorian Beach House is a modern, spacious, and stylishly refurbished, this contemporary coastal retreat is perfectly positioned in Saltburn-by-the-Sea — just a short stroll from the beach and the vibrant town centre. With five beautifully appointed bedrooms, this dog-friendly property comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and is ideal for large families, group getaways, or multi-generational stays. Thoughtfully designed with quality furnishings and a fresh, modern feel, the home offers the perfect mix of comfort, space, and seaside charm.  
  
THE PROPERTY BREAKDOWN  
The property is arranged over three floors.  
Ground Floor:  
Entrance Hall – Welcoming hallway with hanging space and shoe storage.  
Living Room – Spacious lounge with large corner sofa, Smart TV, feature fireplace, coffee table, and ambient lighting — ideal for relaxed evenings in.  
Kitchen/Dining Area – Bright, modern kitchen with integrated appliances including electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Dining table comfortably seats 10 guests. Patio doors open onto the rear courtyard.  
Bathroom 1 –toilet, and washbasin.  
First Floor:  
Bedroom 1 – Super-king bed , bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, dressing table, desk & Mirror  
Bedroom 2 – King-size bed, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe, and mirror.  
Bedroom 3 – 1 x Bunk bed 1 x single bed, mirror with   
Ensuite bathroom 2 - Shower, toilet, and washbasin.
