Enjoy the fresh sea air from the back garden, and take advantage of amenities like WiFi and an equipped kitchen. You'll be Located just moments from the beach and attractions.  
  
The Space:  
Located in the charming seaside town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Bristol Avenue is a welcoming three-bedroom home offering comfort, space, and a perfect base for exploring the coast.  
  
Inside, the property features a stylish main living room with cosy seating and a feature fireplace, ideal for relaxing after a day by the sea. There is also a second living area, flooded with natural light from the bay window, providing a peaceful spot to read, unwind, or enjoy time with family.  
  
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and opens into a bright dining area, creating a great space for socialising.
