The adjoining kitchen is well-equipped for cooking hearty meals, with both a breakfast bar and a dining table for gathering around. A handy ground-floor shower room and utility cupboard with a washing machine add to the practical touches.  
  
Upstairs, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, a master double with far-reaching views across open countryside and even out to sea over the cliffs, and a second bedroom with a single bed plus a trundle, ideal for children or extra guests. Skinningrove Beach is just a mile away, a hidden gem of soft golden sands, and Staithes, with its winding lanes and colourful cottages, is just 4 miles along the coast.
