All on the Ground Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Freeview Smart TV Dining area. Kitchen area: Induction Hob, Combi Microwave/Oven/Grill, Fridge/Freezer Bedroom area: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Front garden with patio and garden furnitrue (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is a large unfenced pond within the grounds.. This charming cottage boasts a peaceful rural location, surrounded by nature’s tranquillity. The property features a large open garden complete with an orchard where free-range chickens roam, adding a touch of countryside charm. Additionally, there is a large koi pond where vibrant fish gracefully swim, providing a serene spot for relaxation. Once a medieval barn and later a piggery, Swallow Cottage has been meticulously renovated to create a characterful and cosy holiday home, perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway. Outside, guests can enjoy their own private patio with outdoor seating, ideal for soaking up the sunshine and admiring the beautiful surroundings. Inside, the layout is all on one level, ensuring easy accessibility. The cottage includes a small yet well-equipped kitchenette featuring a two-ring induction hob, microwave/oven/grill, and all the essentials needed to prepare romantic meals for two. The dining area and cosy sofa provide a comfortable space to unwind in the evenings, whether you’re enjoying a meal or relaxing in front of the TV. At the end of the day, retreat to the inviting double bed, where the quiet rural setting promises a restful night’s sleep. The cottage is completed with a shower. Staithes is a delightful village steeped in history and charm, with its narrow winding streets, traditional cottages, and vibrant harbour. It is an artist’s haven and a perfect spot for exploring the rugged beauty of the coastline.
