This twin style home is only 12 & 11 min away from the mouth of Little & Big Cottonwood Canyon, respectively. 2 bedrooms & a bath upstairs, kitchen/ living room on main w/ a private bedroom/ bath suite down.  
  
DON’T FEEL LIKE DRIVING? Two minutes away (1.3 miles) from Trax Historic Sandy Station where you can take the 994 bus directly to the ski resort or take the blue rail downtown to enjoy SLC night life. It costs just a few bucks and takes you straight to your destination.
