To be clear, this is not the most beautiful part of SLC but it is convenient. State Street is a strip-mall monstronsity but just a block off that ugly road where this builiding is, the feeling changes. I hope projects like this one will continue to transform the area.The apartment is just as pictured - bright, clean and comfortable and the live plants add a lovely feeling. There was plenty of space to hangout and spend time together as a family. We had fun cooking at the house and we all agreed that the beds were very comfortable. The townhouse was located in the middle of everything we wanted to do; close to downtown and 9th & 9th. The garage was a nice bonus--we have a 3500 Chevrolet Silverado (short bed, not lifted) and it did fit in the garage when parked just right. We would stay here again on a future visit! ##### Genoa M.
