This home offers a beautiful view of the Wasatch Mountains, is just 15 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City and 20 minutes to world class hiking and skiing. This inviting West Jordan home boasts plenty of room for a comfortable stay and is a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Our desire is that you leave feeling your stay with us was pleasant and of great value. We also hope that you will visit us again and that you have a positive 5 star experience and recommend us to your family and friends. In the unlikely event something is not to your satisfaction, kindly bring it to our attention right away and we will do our best to correct it without delay. THE SPACE: Our well appointed home is the perfect space for those who are traveling on business as well as for pleasure. The home comes equipped with 5 bedrooms; 1 King & 4 Queen size beds and includes TV's with cable and radio alarm clocks in each room. Three bedrooms are upstairs and two bedrooms are in the lower level. (Please note: Bedroom #5 does not have a window). There are 3 1/2 bathrooms - one on each floor, plus the master en suite, all come supplied with plenty of linens. The front room is designed for relaxation in a peaceful environment, reading a book, or simply enjoying a quiet conversation. Enjoy the large family room, watching TV, listening to music, or simply visiting with one another, while enjoying the cozy gas fire place to keep you warm. There's plenty of room to whip up your favorite meal in the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with all the pots & pans, dishes, and utensils needed, for that delicious meal for you and your guests to enjoy! And certainly don't miss out on the private back yard, where lovely conversation seating, gas fire pit and BBQ grill, including a fantastic fenced-in yard awaits you and your guests to enjoy as well. The home is equipped with the NEST system: front door smart lock, automated thermostat, alarm system and security on the outside premises for safety purposes. However; the rail system (TRAX) is accessible from the home, to most places in the Salt Lake Valley including the Airport! From the airport, take the TRAX Green Line #704 to the Courthouse stop. At the Courthouse stop, jump on the TRAX Red Line #703 to the West Jordan City Center Train station and this home is just a short, less than a mile, walk! Looking to see the sights downtown? No worries! Walk on over to the West Jordan City Center Train station. Take the TRAX Red Line #703 it takes you right down town! Note: There are 2 train stations within walking distance from the house: \- West Jordan train station \- Gardner Village train station (Maps and train Trax schedule are available at the home.) Started in Tetons/Yellowstone and met at this house with additional family. Spent a couple days seeing the area and Golden Spike Park and headed down to Torrey, Escalante staircase and into St George. It was a good location and plenty of comfortable beds. The owner approved a gathering prior to my booking it. Especially enjoyed the very comfortable beds and lovely back yard. The 5 of us were here for a convention in downtown Salt Lake City, which was a quick 20-25 minute drive all week. There were plenty of local amenities within minutes of the home. Highly recommend this home for a large family or group with a caution that the multi-levels may prove difficult for those who have trouble with stairs. ##### Betina H. This beautiful home fulfilled all of our needs and more! It is very comfortable and inviting. From the comfortable beds to a fully stocked kitchen that included lots of dishware, pots and pans, air fryer, crock pots, Keurig and coffee pods. Great laundry room with clothes soap and fabric softener if you decide you need to do laundry. Soft towels, shampoo and soap provided in every bathroom, as well as toilet paper. Anything we forgot to bring with us, Laura had! The backyard is relaxing and we even played a few games of badminton. We took walks around the neighborhood and even met one of the neighbors! Great location and we felt very safe. Thank you again Laura for your hospitality! I hope to come back and stay in the near future! ##### Dawn C. Group was 9 of us and we had plenty of kitchen ware to cook and feed all of us. Plenty of room for all of us. Home was well maintained. Kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots, pans, towels cloths, etc. Everything we used worked! Photographs are accurate. Beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our 5 nights. The online description was not fully accurate, example, no hot tub, but the property was clean and in a good location. We had a few problems with the AC but the owner was very responsive and very attentive to getting the problem resolved. It was big enough to accommodate 9 people comfortably. Lots of windows and natural light. A couple different living spaces to hang out in. The bathrooms were roomy. The only critique would be the surface of the shower floors are slippery when wet. A bath tub mat would be an easy solution. The outdoor space was perfect. I would recommend this home if you are visiting this area. The hosts, Ken and Laura, were prompt with getting back to me to answer any questions I had. ##### Gail F. The beds were very comfortable, which is great after a hard ski day. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and pots and pans. We like to cook in so it was a great help. The check in process went smooth. We arrived a little early and we were allowed to enter the house which is very helpful after a long travel day. The house had an inviting fire pit, but we were too tired to use it. Overall the stay was amazing. Jordan is an excellent location. It’s easy to get to the slopes ans well ans the airport. We found everything we needed was close by. Unfortunately we had two that suffered ski injuries and we had to fly home a day early. The host graciously refunded our last day. We plan to return to this home for our annual family ski trip. Thankyou Laura for all your help!!! ##### Jan E.
