Property manager was easy to work with, very fast with communication, and accommodating to meet our changing travel schedule. My spouse and I camp out in Salt Lake to work remotely and be close to 8 world-class ski resorts within an hour’s drive. The building amenities are perfect for working professionals and ski bums (gigabit internet, garage parking, heated pool and huge hot tub. We’d stay again at this unit and property. ##### Ian J. Even though the property is close to downtown, there was no evidence of loitering. Parking was convenient and secure. The apartment itself was very nice; beds were comfortable, stainless steel appliances were attractive and functioned properly (loved the gas stove), furniture was also comfortable with the exception of one chair. The only downside was the squeaky doors and the kitchen cabinets. I went to Ace and bought a can of 3in1 oil and fixed the entry door, but the interior door hinges were too tight to get oil in. The kitchen cabinet doors are mostly out of line and need to be adjusted. The property management was alerted to both of these items and vows to fix. Other than that it was a great place and we would come back. ##### Bob G. Walkable to all the restaurants and such. The condo was cute and much more economical for the area when needing individual rooms - two hotel rooms would have been more costly. We mainly used the condo to sleep and get ready for our day - we didn't have a need to use the kitchen, though we did notice it was stocked with spices, coffee and tea and things you'd need to cook/eat in. The building itself is a little confusing with all the various hallways and such, but the owners provided great instructions on how to get to it which I'm thankful for.
